Hi everyone and welcome! My name is Illeana, also known as F&B, which stands for Foodies and Booties. I probably enjoy eating just as much as I do cooking. Going to Culinary school helped a bit with that. In starting this website is mostly to share that you can have fun with food and also live a healthy balanced lifestyle. There is so much variety and diversity within the food culture. But why Foodies and Booties? What does that even mean? Well...
Attending Johnson and Wales University in 2014, I had the intention to become a chef. To be in different kitchens, learning diverse techniques, have people eat the food you make? What a dream. I've come to realize over the years, that it wasn't so ideal for me. At the same time I didn't have a clue what I was going to do. I saw myself taking a lot of pictures and videos, mostly of food and workout routines. I would post about it on social media, share on my Youtube channel which you can check out here. Talking about the dish, sharing one of my recipes online or a workout I did previously during the week. My favorite body part to train is legs. I continue to workout regularly about 3-4 times a week and manage to make different meals everyday with what is on my shelf or in my fridge. And that is how F&B came to me.
