Step 2- Heat a griddle on medium heat. Start to cook bacon on one side of your griddle. (or cook in oven according to package) Take butter and spread evenly around on other side of the griddle. Dip bread into egg mixture fully and cook until both sides are a golden brown (about 3-4 minutes both sides.) Place aside.
Step 3
- Put butter on the griddle again once bacon and french toast are complete.. scramble 2 eggs and cook fully. Top the eggs with cheese until melted, place bacon on top, then remove all that onto the french toast.
Step 4
- Cut in half & enjoy!
